2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of the IPC in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No.06 of 2014.

3. The Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner for the reason that petitioner has approached this Court in the year 2024 when the FIR was instituted in the year 2014, as such it appears that the petitioner
