1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364(A), 511, 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code and later cognizance was taken under Sections 323 and 392 of the IPC.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the complainant. It is next submitted that in sum and substance the allegation against the accused persons is that they forcefully abducted the complainant when he had gone to the wholesale grocery shop of one Lal Babu Kumar carrying Rs. 1,05,700/- to purchase grocery items and

It is next submitted that it absolutely does not stand to reason as to why a complaint case was instituted. It is also submitted that the date of occurrence is 16.04.2023 and the complaint case was instituted on 19.05.2023 i.e. after a delay of more than one month which casts an aspersion on the case of the prosecution, when it is reiterated and submitted that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and taking into consideration the fact that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No. 1247 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
