2. In the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 2, the stand is that, for the admissible gratuity amounting to Rs. 83,160/-, authorisation has been sent on 04.12.2017 to the Accountant General, Jharkhand, Ranchi, who shall issue the follow up authorization to the Treasury Officer, Hazaribagh, from where the petitioner is drawing his pension.
3. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Accountant General, Jharkhand, Ranchi
Patna High Court CWJC No.14722 of 2016 (7) dt.19-12-2017 2/2 to issue the necessary authorization within one week from the date of production of a copy of this order before him. Thereafter, the Treasury Officer, Hazaribagh shall ensure that actual benefit is passed on to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
4. To facilitate the matter, let the Accountant General, Jharkhand, Ranchi be impleaded as respondent no. 5 and the Treasury Officer, Hazaribagh as respondent no. 6 in the present writ petition. Necessary correction be made in the cause title of the writ petition by learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day.
