The petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2019 in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No.51 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 41(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
