JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 19-01-2024 In view of the order as contained in Memo No.4274 dated 05.11.2022 (Annexure- 'E' to the second supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no.2), this Court is the opinion that the order of which contempt has been alleged stands complied with.

2. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, he is at liberty to apply for his remedy against the same.

3. So far as this contempt application is concerned, it cannot proceed. It is dropped accordingly.
