This petition has been filed for review of order dated 21.11.2014 passed in CWJC no.13599/2012. The grievance of the petitioners is that they were not party to the aforesaid CWJC no.13599/2012 but taking advantage of order passed by this court in the

Patna High Court C. REV. No.394 of 2016 (7) dt.31-01-2018 above stated CWJC no.13599/2012, respondents are adamant to demolish the houses of the petitioners as well as also to dispossess them from their lands. It would appear from perusal of the order dated 21.11.2014 passed in CWJC no.13599/2012 that this court never issued direction for demolition of the houses as well as structures and this court has only issued direction to respondent nos.2 and 3 of the petition to provide security to the respondent no.7 to this petition. Therefore, in the aforesaid circumstances, I do not find any ground to review the order dated 21.11.2014 passed in CWJC no.13599/2012.

Accordingly, this review petition stands disposed of. However, if the petitioners seek relief for redressal of their grievances before appropriate forum, this order shall not cause any prejudice to them. Shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) U
