The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bochaha P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 356, 379, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in snatching the purse of the grand-daughter of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.02.2019. Learned counsel further submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the fact that name of the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and nothing was recovered from the

Let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistratecum-Sub Judge-11th, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Bochaha P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019.
