Petitioner seeks bail in Excise P.S. Case No.350 of 2020 (CIS 350/2020), registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Two persons were apprehended with a vehicle carrying 90 litres of liquor. Petitioner is one of them. Petitioner is in jail since 07.09.2020. Petitioner has remained in jail for about five months.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, petitioner, namely, Kaushalendra Kumar is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Excise P.S. Case No.350 of 2020 (CIS 350/2020).
