The contempt application has been filed claiming disobedience of the order dated 23.12.2014 passed in CWJC No.21628 of 2014 by this Court.

The direction of this Court in the said order was to the Opposite Party No.4 Project Director, Bihar Secondary Education Council, Bihar, Patna to dispose of the representation of the petitioner and any construction and/or extension of the Urdu Middle School into a High School will be subject to the decision of the project Director.

In the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the

Patna High Court MJC No.1159 of 2015 (3) dt.11-01-2016 Opposite Party No.3, the order dated 09.07.2015 passed by the State Project Director, Bihar Secondary Education Council has been annexed by which he has disposed of the representation of the petitioner. In the aforesaid circumstances no case for proceeding under the contempt jurisdiction is made out. The contempt application is, accordingly, disposed of.
