The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Darbhanga Mahila P.S. Case No. 44 of 2019 for the offences registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act.

At the time of occurrence, the victim was 15 years old.

Considering the nature of allegation and also considering the medical report which supports the allegation of sexual assault, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory
