BEFORE THE LOK ADALAT HELD AT HIGH COURT PATNA CWJC No. 16085 of 2016 Petitioner :Ram Pati Ram Respondent :The State of Bihar & Ors Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Amish Kumar, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner. However, learned counsel for the State is present.

2. As the matter has been referred to the Lok Adalat with consent of the parties and learned counsel for the State drawing the attention of the Bench to the fact that as per the statement made in paragraphs no. 5 to 8 in the counter affidavit, the admitted dues have been paid, copy of which was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 12.10.2017 and no rejoinder having been filed, the Bench can only presume that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.

4. However, learned counsel for the State agrees that in the event the petitioner feels that there are remaining outstanding admissible dues, he shall be at liberty to file a detailed representation before the competent authority. Upon the same being filed, learned counsel for the State agrees that the same shall be disposed off expeditiously by a reasoned order.

The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
