Petitioner is accused in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 167 of 2016 registered for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 342, 365, 506 of the I.P.C. and section 13, 17 and 20 of the U.A.P. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 07.03.2017, 22.03.2017 and 06.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 7065 of 2017, 7972 of 2017 and 8192 of 2017 respectively. Petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2016.

No.16263 of 2017 (2) dt.26-04-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, VIIth, Rohtas, Sasaram in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 167 of 2016.
