JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-11-2019 Admittedly, the petitioner has stood terminated from his services vide order dated 28.11.1994 passed by the Deputy Inspector General of Railway, Patna, hence he is not entitled to the retiral benefits, however, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already been paid the group insurance amount, nonetheless the GPF amount still remains to be paid.
In view of the aforesaid, this Court deems it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to
Patna High Court CWJC No.6122 of 2018(3) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 the Rail Superintendent of Police, Patna and the District Provident Fund Officer, Patna to make payment of the admitted amount of GPF along with statutory interest within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
