JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-07-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Patna Mahila P.S. Case No. 06 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the D. P. Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the petitioner is the husband of the informant. The marriage was a love marriage. It was solemnized in the year 2013. Thereafter, there is allegation of allegation demand and torture.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Further it has been submitted that the

It is further submitted that the informant is married lady and has 12 years old child. The petitioner has been made accused in the present case only for the purpose of black mailing him. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the above named, petitioner, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today in connection with Patna Mahila P.S. Case No. 06 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Patna, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. U.K./- (Sudhir Singh, J) U T
