2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 27.02.2016, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 246 of 2015 having earlier been rejected by order dated 23.08.2016 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 33153 of 2016.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed.
