The writ application is disposed of with a direction upon the Managing Director to ensure that a Board meeting will convene well in time and a final decision is taken before 31st of December, 2015. A long adjournment or time frame has been granted to the Corporation in view of the stand of the counsel representing the Corporation that the Managing Director is also part-time Deputy Election Commissioner of the State of Bihar.
