The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. It is a case of cash for job.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner denies the prosecution case. Agreement to secure appointment by unfair means is itself unlawful and prohibited under the law. Informant cannot be allowed to urge that he has been cheated. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
