The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 420, 467, 468, 120B/34, 324, 325, 379, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner and Dineshwar Paswan transferred the share of the land to the informant in favour of Maheshwar Paswan.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is own brother of the informant and the transfer was made by the informant himself, as the sale deed has still not been challenged by the informant. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.19328 of 2015 (2) dt.29-04-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj (Madhepura) in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 150 of 2013, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
