The petitioner seeks bail in Begusarai Nagar (Town) P.S. Case No. 406 of 2016 registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

On getting secret information about assemblage of persons for committing dacoity, the informant raided the place and arrested the petitioner and others and recovered one loaded country made pistol from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for recovery of one country made pistol, petitioner is in jail since 04.09.2016. The petitioner has got only one criminal case pending against him. Petitioner has remained in jail for more than 61⁄2 months.

No.11882 of 2017 (2) dt.18-03-2017 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Begusarai in Begusarai Nagar (Town) P.S. Case No. 406 of 2016.
