Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bachwara P.S. Case No. 37 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been implicated in this case due to previous enmity. The fact of previous enmity is evident from the first information report contained in Annexure-3 lodged by co-accused Sunil Kumar. As a matter of fact, petitioner has also registered a case vide

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49432 of 2021(2) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 Annexure-2 against the present informant in connection with firing due to rivalry. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bachwara P.S.
