The petitioner seeks bail in Krishna Brahm P.S. case No. 127 of 2016 under Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of POCSO Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have committed unnatural offence with the son of informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation is false and concocted. The petitioner and victim are friends and on account of some petty dispute the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
