Petitioner seeks bail in Phulwariya P.S. Case No.152 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. Name of the petitioner has come during investigation on the disclosure of police spy. The police arrested the petitioner in Phulwaria P.S. Case No.138 of 2018 and thereafter recorded his confessional statement and remanded him in this case.

Petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2018.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai, in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No.152 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
