Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barauni (Refinary) P.S. Case No. 458 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections- 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present and there is no specific allegation against him. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 11427 of 2017 vide order dated 22.03.2017 (Annexure-2). Petitioner is in custody since 22.02.2017.

No.22762 of 2017 (2) dt.18-05-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni (Refinery) P.S. Case No. 458 of 2016.
