2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 45 litres of Nepali liquor was recovered from the motorcycle.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with alleged recovery. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. 5.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41860 of 2024(2) dt.16-07-2024 2/2 prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.
Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise-3, East Champaran at Motihari, Dist.- East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S.
