The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is of torturing the informant for non fulfillment of demand of additional dowry. On behalf of the petitioner and the complainant, it has been submitted that both have agreed to reside together. Considering the facts aforesaid,let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing
