The petitioner is aggrieved by her non-selection as a Constable following the selection made by the Central Selection Board pursuant to Advertisement No. 01/2014.

Having heard Mr. Sanjay Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and Mr. Sanjay Pandey, learned counsel for the Central Selection Board, and in view of the statement present at paragraph-15 of the counter affidavit wherein it is stated that the 96 marks secured by the petitioner in BC-F-NHG category was below the marks secured by

Patna High Court CWJC No.3169 of 2016 (2) dt.01-02-2018 the last selected candidate in the said category which is 105 and which led to her non-selection, which stand has not been contested by any rejoinder, no cause for indulgence is made out. The writ petition is disposed of.
