The issue raised in the present writ application is no more res integra. After the decision of the Writ court in C.W.J.C. No. 2892 of 2013 the State preferred LPA No.1870 of 2015 and vide judgment dated 17.1.2018 the LPA Court dismissed the appeal and upheld the judgment of the writ court. In view of the above, the present writ application involving the same issue is allowed in the manner C.W.J.C. No. 2892 of 2013 has been allowed.

The teachers who passed the training examination

Patna High Court CWJC No.3129 of 2016(5) dt.02-04-2018 2/2 in compartmental shall be treated to have cleared the training examination in first attempt.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
