After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a representation before the District Magistrate, Gopalganj for refund of the amount. In case, such a representation is filed within two weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Gopalganj may take a decision thereon within one month.

The petition stands disposed off.
