2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(c), 66(d) of the Information Technology Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on secret information, a raid was conducted in Biryani Hotel where police personnel apprehended two persons, who used to run a gang of online fraud and the apprehended co-accused persons disclosed the name of petitioner and others, as their associates. Besides this, petitioner has got eight criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is
