Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Liquor was recovered from a four wheeler.

Submission is that petitioner was neither arrested on the spot nor the vehicle is of the petitioner nor the petitioner has any connection with the recovered liquor. Only suspicion is there in implication of the petitioner in this case. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of the investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
