JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 195 of 2016 registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Annexure 2 shows that the deceased died due to ailment and the petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20385 of 2017 (2) dt.08-05-2017 2/2 connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 195 of 2016 with condition that one of the bailor of the petitioner shall be the informant.
