JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,149,114,341,342 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that one Dhiraj Kumar died in a road accident, in protest whereof the mob blocked the road, raised slogans against the police administration when the police administration went to pacify the mob and clear the blockade then the police vehicle was damaged.
