The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 114 of 2021 registered under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics and party bandy. Further submission is that petitioner has no concern with the alleged motorcycle from which the illicit liquor has been recovered. The owners of alleged motorcycle are Satyedra Seth and Prakash Ram, as is evident from Annexure-2 to the bail petition. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Case No. 114 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
