Mr. A. Ujjwal, SC 25 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL JUDGMENT 06-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has a grievance with regard to non-payment of her A.C.P. and M.A.C.P. as also the consequential revision of arrears of retirement benefit depending on the grant of A.C.P. and M.A.C.P., this writ application under the heading of retirement benefit is wholly misconceived.
Nothing said in this order, however, will come in the way of the petitioner in claiming her aforementioned relief before the competent authority/court.
With the aforesaid observation and liberty this writ application is disposed of.
