This application has been filed for modification of order dated 11.01.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.40587/16 wherein the petitioner was allowed bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.98/16 arising out of Kishanganj P.S. Case No.189/13. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, name of the father of the petitioner, Yaqoob Munna @ Munna Mistri, is Late Md. Aabid @ Md. Aabid Hussain but inadvertently, in bail petition bearing Cr.Misc.No.40587/16 name of the father of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as "Badrulal Harijan'. Due to that reason the name of the father of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as 'Badrulal Harijan in place of 'Md. Aabid Hussain' in the bail order dated 11.01.2017 passed in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3132 of 2017 (2) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 Cr.Misc. No.40587/16 which would also appear from the Charge sheet Annexure-1 to the supplementary affidavit. Having considered the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the modification petition is allowed and let the name of the father of the petitioner in the order dated 11.01.2017 passed in Cr.Misc. No.40587/16 be read as 'Late Md. Aabid Hussain' in place of ' Badrulal Harijan'. Accordingly, order dated 11.01.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.40587/16 is modified to that extant.
