2. This is an application for issuance of writ/writs, direction/directions and in the nature of mandamus commanding the concerned respondent authorities to grant 3rd ACP/MACP to the petitioner and consequential benefits which is due since completion of her 30 years of services i.e. from 09.04.2016 with 18% interest till payment of the same.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to

4. If such representation is filed within stipulated time, the concerned respondent(s) shall examine the same and pass a reasoned & speaking order after hearing the parties in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. If the petitioner is found entitled for such benefit, the same shall be extended to her within a period of three months thereafter.

5. With above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
