JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-08-2015 The instant application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondents to complete the investigation of Narhat (Sitamarhi) P.S.Case No. 49 of 2014 registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that during pendency of the application, the Investigating Officer has already submitted charge sheet in the case on 30th June, 2015.

In view of the subsequent developments which took place during pendency of the application, the application has become infructuous.
