The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Samastipur Town P.S. Case No.305 of 2014 registered under Sections 376, 380, 354, 366A, and 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner after marrying her and living together for ten years has now denied keeping her and on asking to maintain her, she was assaulted. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the informant is none else but the wife of the elder brother of the petitioner. It is further submitted that some physical relationship was there between them and that the present case has been lodged against the petitioner only with intention to blackmail him. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest/surrender in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21549 of 2015 (3) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur Town P.S.Case No.305 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2l of the Cr.P.C.
