The Petitioner seeks bail in Khagaria (Mufassil) P.S. Case No.718 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though his name figured in the confessional statement of the petitioner, but till date no Test Identification Parade has been done. He is in custody since 15.01.2016.

First Information Report is against unknown. From the impugned order, it appears that the name of this petitioner has appeared in his confessional statement as mentioned in para 36 of the case diary.

No.3013 of 2017 (2) dt.04-02-2017 2/2 In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Khagaria (Mufassil) P.S.
