The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 193 of 2019 registered under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present. On perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in
