JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2022 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to pay the amount of leave encashment for 300 days with interest. It is stated that the petitioner retired while working as Tractor Khalasi on 28.2.2015 from the services of Bihar State Forest Development Corporation Limited.

The learned counsel appearing for the Respondents No. 2 and 3 has submitted that the Finance Department, Government of Bihar, has

Patna High Court CWJC No.918 of 2021(2) dt.27-07-2022 2/2 directed not to disburse any amount to its employees till the final bifurcation of the assets and liabilities of the Respondent-Corporation takes place, however, he is not averse to the idea of petitioner approaching the Respondent No. 3 for redressal of his grievances.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 3 for redressal of his aforesaid grievances and in case, appropriate application is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.
