Petitioner is accused in connection with Naurangiya P.S. Case No. 04 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He was only a passenger of the alleged Tempo and police arrested him on suspicion. The petitioner is in custody since 04.02.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
