JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Section 498(A), 326, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is of torturing the informant for non-fulfilment of demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner no.1 is the mother-in-law of the informant and petitioner no.2 is the second wife of Majharuddin Ansari. Further, it is submitted that the husband of the informant has been granted regular bail by the court below.
On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19228 of 2015 (3) dt.04-09-2015 2/2 the petitioner is named in the FIR.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chiraiya P.S.Case No. 244 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
