JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 21-03-2018 The petitioner, husband of opposite party no.2 and fathers of opposite party nos.2, 3 and 4, has preferred this revision application against the final order dated 04.06.2015, passed in Misc. Case No.38 of 2010 by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad directing him to pay Rs.5000/- per month as maintenance amount to his wife and Rs.5000/- to his two minor daughters.

2. The petitioner was not doing compliance of interim maintenance order of making payment of Rs.2000/- per month to his wife and daughters passed by the Family Court, Aurangabad since 26.07.2012. Earlier he was directed by the Court by previous

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.413 of 2016 dt.21-03-2018 2/2 order dated 21.02.2018 to make payment of total due amount of the interim maintenance of Rs.2000/- per month but the order is not being complied with as no affidavit has been filed today before the Court whether the compliance has been done, so this revision application against final maintenance order is not entertainable.

3. The revision application stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file revision application in the instant matter only after making payment of due amount relating to interim maintenance.
