JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379, 420, 467, 468, 471 and some other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 66, 66(C) of the I.T. Act.

As per the prosecution case, on secret information a raid was conducted and four accused persons were apprehended, who disclosed the name of this petitioner as his associates. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of petitioner has come in this case during the course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused and one of the co-accused, who was arrested on spot, has already been granted bail by this court. Petitioner is in custody since 08.07.2021 and
