JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2022 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 04.01.2020 passed by the Assistant Inspector General Registration, Saran Pramandal, Chapra in Stamp Case No. 99 of 2019 by filing an appeal under Section 27(A)(4) of the Stamp Act, 1899.

Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case such an appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today,

Patna High Court CWJC No.1115 of 2021(2) dt.22-07-2022 2/2 the same shall be considered on merits by the appellate authority without being impeded by the issue of limitation and appropriate orders shall be passed, in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner,within a period of 12 weeks, thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
