JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-05-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted bail in Tekari P.S. Case No. 26 of 2017 pending the Court of C.J.M., Gaya vide order dated 27.04.2017, but in the prayer portion of the petition, the name of the District - Gaya has wrongly been typed as Aurangabad. Therefore, he seeks permission to make correction in the prayer portion. Such permission is accorded.

Accordingly, in the last paragraph of the order dated 27.04.2017, let the word "Aurangabad" be corrected to be read as "Gaya".

The order dated 27.04.2017 is modified to the extent above.
