After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to move before the competent court of civil jurisdiction for recovery of possession. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been dispossessed from his property while he was in custody in relation to a kidnapping case.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this application is disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
