18-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 1058 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on trivial issue, an altercation had taken place and in the said occurrence, it has been alleged that one of the co-accused has assaulted the informant. He further submits that in the F.I.R. itself, there is no specific accusation against the petitioner. I have perused the materials on record. The Court is of the opinion that it is a fit case for extending the privilege of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20667 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 2/2 anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, let the petitioner namely Bindhyachal Yadav be enlarged on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of one month from today on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 1058 of 2014, subject to condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
