Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kutumba P.S. Case No. 52 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submit that the petitioner is ready to return Rs. 50,000/- which has been claimed to have been cheated by the petitioner. Considering the same, this anticipatory bail

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VII, Aurangabad, in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 52 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

However, at the time of furnishing bail bonds, the petitioner shall produce a demand draft of Rs. 50,000/- prepared in the name of the informant in the Court below. If the petitioner produces the demand draft of Rs.50,000/-, the Court below shall accept his bail bonds and hand over the said demand draft to the informant in person. If the petitioner fails to deposit the aforesaid demand draft, in such a situation, the Court below shall not accept his bail bonds.
